Bartender
Responsibilities:
- Serve drinks to the guests.
Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails and other drinks in compliance with company standard drink recipes.
- Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages.
Ability to Sell or influence others for up selling and suggestive selling.- Provide recommendations and suggestions to guest for choosing Drinks.
Keep the bar counter and work area neat and clean at all times.
- Determine when a customer has had too much alcohol and if required refusing any further serving on a polite way.
Wash glassware and utensils after each use.- Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of food and beverage products, menus and Promotions.
Maintain liquor inventory and consumption.
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience.
Comply with all food and beverage regulations.- Any ad hoc duties assigned.
Minimum 1 year bartendering working experience- Detail-oriented, Professional attitude is required.
Ability to work independently.
- Work on shift, Weekends & Public Holidays.
