• Responsibilities:

Beverage Expertise: Possess a comprehensive understanding of liquors, alcohols, cocktails, and mocktails. Utilize your knowledge to create delicious and visually appealing drinks.

• Cost Optimization & Etiquette: Maintain awareness of beverage costs and actively contribute to cost-optimization strategies. Uphold high standards for beverage service etiquette and presentation.

Personalized Service: Read customer preferences and expertly recommend drinks to suit their taste. Craft exceptional beverage experiences for each guest.

Bartending Artistry (Preferred): Deliver an engaging experience with a flair for showmanship during drink preparation. Impress our guests with your skills!Inventory Management: Maintain a well-stocked bar by taking inventory, placing orders, and ensuring supplies are readily available.

• Food Safety & Hygiene: Prioritize food safety by adhering to all quality regulations and maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment.

Financial Accuracy: Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions with accuracy, promptly returning correct change. Balance the cash register daily.

Cleanliness & Maintenance: Maintain a clean and inviting bar environment by removing trash, cleaning tables, and washing glasses, utensils, and equipment.Cocktail Innovation: Contribute to the creation of new signature cocktails, showcasing your creativity and knowledge.

• Qualifications:

Strong knowledge of liquors, alcohols, cocktails, and mocktails, including recipes and preparation methods.

• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality standards.

Knowledge of cost optimization and beverage service etiquette is preferred.

• The ability to read customer preferences and recommend drinks.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• (Preferred) Flair bartending skills and a talent for creating an engaging performance experience.

Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and inventory management.

• Commitment to food safety and hygiene regulations.
