Job Overview

Touchstone Educationals LLP, a leading IELTS Education Institute, is seeking a Barnala-Trainer to join our team. As a Barnala-Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality IELTS training to students in Barnala, Punjab, India. This is a full-time position suitable for candidates with less than 1 year of experience.

Qualifications and Skills

• A bachelor's degree in any discipline
• Proficiency in English language, both written and verbal
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for teaching and mentoring students
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit the individual learning needs of students
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude
• Familiarity with IELTS exam format and scoring criteria (preferred)

Roles and Responsibilities

• Deliver IELTS training to students in accordance with the curriculum
• Create and implement effective teaching strategies and lesson plans
• Conduct regular assessments and provide feedback to students
• Monitor and track student progress, identifying areas for improvement
• Provide guidance and support to students, addressing their queries and concerns
• Coordinate with the academic team to develop and update course materials
• Stay updated with the latest developments in IELTS and implement best practices
