Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for Baristas at Kolaba Coffee Roasters located in Gurugram. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, such as coffee and tea, to customers. You will also handle cash transactions, interact with customers to take their orders, and ensure a clean and organized workspace.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Barista or in a customer service role
• Knowledge of coffee brewing methods and latte art is a plus
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for long periods
• Attention to detail and a positive attitude
