Barista Trainer

Fresh and Honest Cafe Pvt Ltd is a leading B2B Coffee Brand with a 27 year legacy in India. We are hiring for the position of Barista Trainer.

Job Description:

1. To design, develop and deliver coffee training modules to F&B Associates from our clients.
2. Product demonstration at important demos & product launches
3. Develop Beverage Recipes specific to product / product range
4. Support Marketing Events from a Demo / Training perspective
5. Should be willing to travel extensively

Qualification:

1. Trained Barista with a minimum of 5 years experience and a min of 2 years as a Trainer
2. Proven track record in developing and delivering training modules & programs
3. High level of knowledge in Coffee and expertise in coffee beverages
4. Excellent communication & presentation skills
