What You'll Be Doing- Brew exceptional coffee using manual brewing techniques and the espresso machine
Identify the difference between a well extracted coffee and a bad one, and take necessary measures to fix the coffee.- Multi-task between order taking, food prep, and coffee prep and fill in wherever required
Follow SOPs for cleaning, start of shift, end of shift procedures and maintain overall hygiene at the bar and in the cafe
- Work closely with the team to ensure smooth operations and a great customer experience.
Grow your coffee knowledge and skills by participating in training sessions and cuppings.- Engage with customers, answering questions and providing coffee recommendations.
- What You'll Need (Must haves)
1-2 years of experience as a barista- Ability to communicate in basic English and Hindi.
Passion for coffee and a desire to learn more about the craft.
- Ability to create basic latte art (we can teach you the fancy stuff!).
Strong customer service skills and a friendly, approachable behaviour.- Ability to work well in a team, muti-task and contribute to a positive work environment.
Flexibility and enthusiasm to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
You've worked in a specialty coffee shop.
- You're eager to learn about coffee roasting and brewing techniques.
