Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Barista for a premium class restaurant in UK. The candidate should have 2-6 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages to customers
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the coffee shop
• Handle customer complaints and requests
• Operate and maintain coffee equipment
• Stock and maintain inventory of coffee supplies and ingredients
• Follow recipes and instructions for beverage preparation
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with customers and team members

Skills and Qualifications

• 2-6 years of experience as a Barista
• Experience working in a coffee shop or similar environment
• Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and instructions
• Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively with others
• Degree or diploma in Hotel management
