Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea and beverages.
- Operate coffee equipment.
- Take, serve orders and offer recommendations to customers. - Ensure orders are entered into the POS. - Engage with customers and handle transactions. -Maintain accounts and ensure the cafe is stocked by managing inventory and co-ordinating with suppliers.
- Ensure smooth operation of the cafe and proactively identify any issues.
- Work together with chefs and other staff while maintaining a healthy team environment.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene.
Requirements:
- Coffee passion (experience preferred).
- Customer service skills. - Cafe management( experience preferred).
- Adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail.
