JD For Barista trainer : Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver comprehensive barista training programs.
Conduct hands-on training sessions for new and existing baristas.- Teach baristas about different coffee beans, brewing methods, and equipment.
Ensure all baristas adhere to quality standards and company policies.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate new techniques into training.- Work closely with management to identify training needs and goals.
Create and update training materials, manuals, and resources.
- Provide ongoing support and mentorship to baristas.
Monitor barista performance and provide feedback and coaching.- Assist with the onboarding of new baristas.
Organize and conduct regular training workshops and refresher courses.
- Ensure a safe and clean training environment.
Collaborate with other trainers and staff to ensure consistency in training.- Maintain training records and documentation.
Assist with the development of new coffee products and menu items.
- Participate in staff meetings and contribute to team goals.
Promote a positive and inclusive work environment.- Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to coffee quality.
Support baristas during peak hours and busy periods.
