• Responsibilities:

Craft delicious coffee beverages: Utilize your knowledge of coffee brewing methods and espresso machine operation to consistently deliver high-quality drinks.

• Latte Art Expertise (Preferred): Impress our guests with your latte art skills, creating beautiful and intricate designs on their beverages.

Exceptional Customer Service: Deliver friendly, efficient, and personalized service to every guest. Be a master of hospitality, ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable experience.

Innovation & Problem-Solving: Think outside the box to develop new and exciting beverage offerings. Contribute to the creation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent quality and efficiency.Quality Control & Cost Optimization: Maintain high standards for coffee taste and presentation. Actively monitor and optimize beverage costs to ensure profitability.

• Order Accuracy: Take orders efficiently and accurately, ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Qualifications:

Strong knowledge of coffee beans, brewing methods, and espresso machine operation.

• Experience using a commercial espresso machine is a plus.

Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality standards.

• (Preferred) Experience with latte art and the ability to create visually appealing designs.

A passion for innovation and a desire to contribute to new beverage ideas.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic math skills for accurate order taking and cost optimization.
