Bar Supervisor

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Bar Supervisor located in Thane. The Bar Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the bar operations, including managing staff, maintaining inventory, ensuring customer satisfaction, and adhering to safety and compliance regulations. The Bar Supervisor will also collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and enhance the overall guest experience.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a supervisory role in the hospitality industry, preferably in a bar or restaurant setting
• Strong knowledge of bar operations, including inventory management, drink preparation, and customer service
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Knowledge of safety and compliance regulations related to alcohol service
• Ability to handle difficult situations with customers and staff professionally
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in bartending or hospitality management is a plus
