Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Bar Captain at The Westin Desaru Coast Resort in Kota Tinggi. The Bar Captain will oversee day-to-day bar operations, including customer service, managing the food & beverage offerings, training staff, driving sales, and maintaining communication with the team.
Qualifications
- Customer Service and Communication skills
- Food & Beverage Management experience
- Training skills for staff development
- Sales experience in the hospitality industry
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Knowledge of cocktail preparations and mixology
- Previous experience as a Bar Captain or similar role
