Role Description
This is a full-time role for an Assistant Manager Banquet Sales at Royal Orchid Hotels in Surat. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day banquet sales activities, including customer service, sales management, catering sales, event planning, and general sales duties.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and sales management skills
- Experience in catering sales and event planning
- Ability to effectively communicate and negotiate with clients
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and generating revenue
- Knowledge of the hospitality and banquet industry
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
