Job Summary:We are looking for a dedicated and results-oriented Banquet Sales Executive to join our team. This role is crucial in promoting our banquet and event offerings, building client relationships, and driving sales to ensure memorable experiences for our guests.
Sales Development:- Identify and pursue new business opportunities for banquet events, including weddings, corporate functions, and social gatherings.
Develop a solid pipeline of leads through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach.Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent service and communication throughout the planning process.
- Conduct site visits and meetings with potential clients to understand their needs and showcase our offerings.
Proposal and Contract Management:
- Prepare and present tailored proposals and contracts that meet client specifications.
Negotiate terms and pricing to close sales while ensuring profitability for the venue.
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless execution of events.- Liaise with catering, audiovisual, and other departments to ensure all client requirements are met.
Market Research:- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to identify new opportunities and improve service delivery.
Gather feedback from clients post-event to enhance future offerings.Reporting:
Track sales performance against targets and provide regular reports to management.
- Maintain accurate records of inquiries, bookings, and client communications in the CRM system.
Experience:- Minimum of 2 years of experience in banquet sales or a related hospitality role.
Experience in event planning or coordination is a plus.

Pay: 16,- 00 - 22,000.00 per month
