Job Description

KTI Talent Indicator is a talent discovery software platform with AI that offers: talent mapping, evaluation and reskilling services with training to companies.

We are seeking highly motivated and skilled professionals to join our Banking Voice Process team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service to our clients. If you have excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of banking processes, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

Key Responsibilities: Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone calls

  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding banking products and services
  • Identify and escalate complex issues to senior team members or supervisors
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Meet and exceed performance targets and quality metrics
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives

Education

  • SSLC / HSC / UG / PG (Arrear acceptable)

Work Schedule: Day shift: 9 AM to 6 PM
