Job Summary:

The team is a unit that handles valuable customers of the Bank. The Team Leader is responsible for leading a team of 15-16 DSOs under him to over-deliver on Business goals. This unit is responsible for the entire life cycle management of these customers starting from bringing them into the fold of Relationship Management, providing regular servicing/resolution of queries and issues, and cross-selling other products as per customer needs through Digital Channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Client outreach- Manage the portfolio through client outreach and continuous monitoring of client relationships including product, portfolio, and banking needs.

Relationship Management- To develop and strengthen customer relationships through effective relationship management by the business goals.

Revenue Targets- Achieve the monthly assigned revenue targets through effective cross-sales generating Fee income across Investment, Assets, Cards, and Liabilities

Manage attrition and shrinkage.

Comfortable with 5.5 Days working 2-day week offs. 1st and 3rd Saturday will be the working day.
