Requirements:

Undergraduate or Graduate degree

Freshers as well as experienced candidates with Minimum 12 months/1 year in BPO voice, chat, or email processes

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Strong problem-solving and customer service skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Willingness to work in rotational shifts

Handle inbound and outbound international calls, chats, and emails

Provide expert advice and assistance to customers on various travel-related queries

Process bookings, cancellations, and modifications for flights, hotels, and other travel services

Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner

Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain strong relationships
