- Execute day-to-day bank payment activities, including processing payments, transfers, and disbursements accurately and on time.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for liaison with banks, maintaining strong relationships and resolving any issues or inquiries in a timely manner.
- Coordinate remittance payments for domestic and international transfers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain records of all banking transactions and reconcile accounts regularly.
- Provide support and training to internal teams on banking procedures and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency in banking operations.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance operational effectiveness.
- Prepare reports and analysis on banking activities for management review.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of one or two years of experience in banking operations or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Net Banking and systems, with a strong understanding of financial processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external clients.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record of managing bank transactions and remittance payments accurately and efficiently.
Personal Attributes:
- Strong communication skills both written and oral.
- Knowledge of Accounting software Erp.
- Tally will be an added advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
- Excellent in MS-Office Suite and Cloud applications like One Drive; G Drive etc.
