Job Description

Job Title: Field Sales Executive

Graduates: Any graduates

Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to actively engage with prospective clients, build strong relationships, and close sales. The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, meeting sales targets, and representing our company professionally in the field. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of the product or service, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales and Lead Generation:
  • Identify and pursue potential customers within the assigned territory.
  • Generate leads through field visits, networking, referrals, and cold calling.
  • Maintain a pipeline of potential clients and follow up with existing customers.
  1. Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
  • Understand clients needs and tailor solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Provide timely support and service to clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
  1. Product Knowledge and Presentation:
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of the company's products or services.
  • Present and demonstrate product features to potential customers in the field.
  • Educate clients on product benefits and address any inquiries or concerns.
  1. Sales Strategy and Target Achievement:
  • Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales in the assigned region.
  • Monitor competitors and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
  1. Reporting and Documentation:
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to the sales manager on performance and field activity.
  • Use CRM software to manage client interactions and document relevant information.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in field sales or a similar role.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required.
