Job Description

1. Sales and Business Development:
o Identify new business opportunities by prospecting and qualifying potential customers in the Bangalore region.
o Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers (architects, builders, contractors, etc.) to promote products or services related to specific projects.
o Present company products and solutions effectively to potential clients.
o Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
o Achieve sales targets and objectives within designated timelines.
2. Project Management:
o Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, production, logistics) to ensure timely delivery and installation of products or services.
o Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
3. Market Research and Strategy:
o Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential new markets.
o Develop strategies and tactics to penetrate new markets and expand the customer base in Bangalore.
4. Customer Relationship Management:
o Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
o Address customer concerns and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
5. Reporting and Documentation:
o Prepare reports on sales activities, revenue, and expenses.
o Maintain accurate records of sales and customer information using CRM software.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role, preferably in the construction, real estate, or building materials industry.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Knowledge of project management principles is advantageous.
