- Drive the implementation of bancassurance strategies to achieve business objectives.
Sales and Revenue Generation:
- Set and achieve sales targets through the bancassurance channel.
- Implement sales initiatives and campaigns to maximise revenue.
Training and Development:
- Conduct training programs for bank staff to enhance their knowledge of life insurance products.
- Provide ongoing support and coaching to bank personnel to improve sales effectiveness.
Market Analysis:
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Utilize market insights to identify new opportunities for growth in the bancassurance channel.
Compliance and Documentation:
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for all bancassurance-related activities.
Performance Tracking and Reporting:
- Monitor and analyze sales performance against targets.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- 1-2 Years experience in in BFSI
- Age - Max 38 Years
- Strong leadership and relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Results-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.
