We are looking for an experienced Bancassurance professional to join our Life Insurance company. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales through the Bancassurance channel and maintaining relationships with bank partners. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the Indian job market and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales through Bancassurance channel
• Maintain relationships with bank partners
• Ensure smooth functioning of the Bancassurance channel
• Provide excellent customer service to both bank partners and customers
• Conduct training sessions for bank employees to educate them on the company's products and services
• Analyze market trends and provide feedback to the management team
• Achieve sales targets and other KPIs set by the company

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline
• 1-9 years of experience in Bancassurance channel for Life Insurance company
• Strong sales skills and ability to achieve targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of the Indian job market and financial industry
• Ability to analyze market trends and provide feedback
• Experience in conducting training sessions
• Strong customer service skills
• Good organizational and time-management skills
