The Pediatric Hospital is seeking a dedicated BAMS BHMS RMO (Resident Medical Officer) to join our team in delivering exceptional healthcare to children. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient assessments for pediatric patients upon admission.
- Administer treatments and medications as per medical protocols.
- Monitor and document patient progress and response to treatments.
- Coordinate with specialists regarding care plans for complex cases.
- Educate patients and families regarding health management and preventive care.
- Participate in pediatric emergency care and resuscitation efforts as needed.
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records and documentation.
- Support the nursing staff in executing patient care plans effectively.
- Participate in regular team meetings to discuss patient care strategies.
- Engage in professional development activities and training.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to enhance patient care delivery.
- Assist in the supervision and training of junior medical staff.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety protocols.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Ayurveda or Homeopathy (BAMS/BHMS).
- Valid medical license to practice in the respective field.
- Previous experience in a pediatric medical setting preferred.
- Strong understanding of pediatric health issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment.
- Proficient in clinical documentation and patient management systems.
