Nun Kun is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Bakery Server to join our team. As a Bakery Server, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, managing the bakery counter, and ensuring a delightful customer experience. Your role will include taking orders, serving baked goods, maintaining the cleanliness of the bakery, and supporting the bakery team in day-to-day operations.
Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and welcoming manner.
- Take customer orders accurately and ensure prompt service.
Offer recommendations and describe bakery products to assist customers in making selections.- Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism.
Serve baked goods such as bread, pastries, cakes, and other treats with care and attention to detail.
- Ensure that the bakery display is always stocked, neat, and visually appealing.
Assist in packaging orders for takeout or delivery as needed.- Maintain a clean and tidy counter and seating area.
Assist with general cleaning duties such as washing dishes, sweeping, and mopping when required.
Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a bakery, caf, or restaurant setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.- Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
