Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Baker at Bistro Brain. The Baker will be responsible for day-to-day bakery operations including food preparation, baking bread and cookies, and maintaining quality standards. The Baker will also contribute to menu planning and product development.

Qualifications
- Bakery and Baking skills
- Experience in food preparation and baking bread
- Knowledge of cookie making
- Attention to detail and creativity in presentation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management skills
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Experience in a bakery or culinary education is a plus
- Passion for baking and a willingness to learn
