Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a dynamic, results-driven, Backend - Sales Support Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating qualified leads and nurturing relationships with potential clients in various industrial and institutional sectors. Additionally, you will be actively involved in marketing activities such as creating presentations, developing content, and analyzing market trends. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth of our company while making a positive impact on environmental sustainability.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industries in need of bioremediation solutions.
  • Generate leads through outbound prospecting efforts, including cold calling, emailing, and networking.
  • Develop and implement lead generation strategies to reach target industries and achieve sales objectives.
  • Qualify leads by assessing their needs, timelines, and budgetary constraints.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create customized proposals and presentations for prospective clients.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and regulatory requirements related to bioremediation.
  • Serve as backend support to the sales team and participate in marketing tasks required for lead generation.
  • Active contribution to business development strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Biology, Chemistry, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Prior experience in sales or lead generation is preferred. Freshers are encouraged to apply.
  • Good knowledge of Social media platforms like Linkedin, WhatsApp, Indiamart, and Alibaba.
