Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Backend Executive to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing and scaling our connector business model, working closely with the sales team, Regional Sales Managers (RSMs), and lenders. The Operations Executives will ensure smooth operations, timely payouts, and effective coordination across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Track Connector Business: Monitor and track the performance of the connector business in their respective regions in collaboration with the sales team and lenders.
- Scale Operations: Work alongside the RM's to scale the connector business within their regions.
- Coordinate with Channel Partners: Communicate with lenders to confirm business transactions and ensure seamless operations.
- Timely Payouts: Collaborate with the finance team to ensure timely payouts to connectors.
Required Skill Set:
- Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
- Strong communication skills.
- 1.5-3 years of experience in an operations role.
- Understanding of Lender Onboarding.
- Basic understanding of lending. Relevant experience is preferred
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
