Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain backend systems using Python and SQL.
- Architect and implement data pipelines, APIs, and storage solutions to support product goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional team members to define and prioritize features.
- Optimize database performance, ensuring reliability and scalability.
- Participate in architectural discussions and drive decisions on backend technologies.
- Ensure best practices in code quality, testing, and security.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience as a Backend Engineer with expertise in Python and SQL.
- Strong understanding of database design, data modeling, and performance optimization.
- Experience building and integrating RESTful APIs.
- Familiarity with cloud services (e.g., AWS, GCP) and containerization technologies like Docker.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to take ownership of core technical components.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
