Key Responsibilities:
- Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work on a cross-functional, solution-driven development team to design, develop, and implement new products and integrations.
- Align technical strategies with business goals to drive the success of the League platform.
- Code Quality and Maintenance:
- Perform code reviews to ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices.
- Fix bugs and optimize system performance.
- Create and maintain automated tests to ensure robust and reliable code.
- Technical Strategy:
- Help to align technical strategy with business goals, ensuring that development efforts are in sync with organizational objectives.

Experience and Skills:
- Experience:
- 6+ years of software development experience, with a focus on backend engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Golang and experience in developing backend services.
- Technical Skills:
- Familiarity with database management systems, specifically MongoDB.
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform services.
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Concourse.
- Proven experience in building scalable, fault-tolerant web services and APIs.
- Strong knowledge of and demonstrated experience with writing high-quality, testable, and maintainable code.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong communication skills to effectively understand requirements and explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
