Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Backend Developer skilled in JavaScript and Node.js to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of backend development principles and experience working on complex projects. This role requires working from the office six days a week.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems using JavaScript and Node.js.

Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.

Implement and maintain APIs to support various platforms (web/mobile).

Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

Troubleshoot and debug applications.

Perform code reviews and contribute to team best practices.

Work with DevOps to deploy and maintain applications in a production environment.

Stay up-to-date with new technologies and industry trends.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Backend Developer.

Strong proficiency in JavaScript and Node.js.

Experience with database management and design (SQL/NoSQL).

Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).

Experience with API design and development.

Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git).

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
