Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable backend systems using Java and Python.

Work with databases (SQL/NoSQL) to ensure data storage and retrieval are optimized for performance and security.

Develop RESTful APIs and integrate them with front-end services.

Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver backend solutions.

Troubleshoot and optimize server-side applications for speed and scalability.

Perform unit testing and code reviews to ensure software quality.

Stay up-to-date with emerging backend technologies and industry trends.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in backend development with expertise in Java and Python.

Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.

Experience with database management and optimization (SQL/NoSQL).

Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).

Proficiency in version control systems like Git.

Knowledge of security best practices for backend systems.

Strong problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills.

Ability to work effectively in a team and meet deadlines.
