- Collaborating with front-end developers, designers, and stakeholders to ensure the smooth delivery of projects
- Implementing security and data protection measures to ensure the confidentiality and integrity of sensitive information
- Testing and debugging applications to ensure they are functioning correctly and fixing any issues that arise
- Monitoring performance and optimizing backend systems to ensure they run efficiently and meet SLAs
- Strong experience with backend development technologies, such as SQL, Node.js, Python, Ruby on Rails, or Java
- Knowledge of database design, web application architecture, and RESTful API development
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively and critically
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
