Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Backend Coordinator Lending Operations at FinnUp in Mumbai. The Backend Coordinator will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to operations management, customer service, and administrative assistance within the lending operations team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Management:
- Receive and manage leads generated by the sales team.
- Track the status of each lead, ensuring that applications are completed and submitted promptly.
- Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate data on lead progress and status.
- Loan Application Processing:
- Log loan applications into the systems of respective lenders.
- Ensure all required documentation is complete, accurate, and submitted on time to avoid delays in loan processing.
- Work closely with the sales team to gather missing information and resolve any issues during the application process.
- Coordination with Lenders:
- Liaise with various lenders to track the progress of loan applications.
- Regularly follow up with lenders to ensure applications are processed and disbursements are aligned as per timelines.
- Escalate any issues or delays to the appropriate teams to ensure timely resolution.
- Disbursement Management:
- Monitor the disbursement process, ensuring that loan funds are released on time and as per agreed terms.
- Coordinate between the sales team, operations, and lenders to align disbursement schedules.
- Keep all stakeholders informed of any changes or updates in the disbursement process.
- Reporting and Documentation:
- Maintain detailed records of all applications, approvals, and disbursements.
- Prepare regular reports on lead status, loan applications, and disbursement timelines for internal review.
- Assist in process improvements to enhance the efficiency of backend operations.
