Job Summary:

The Support Executive will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth functioning of daily operations across all franchise centres. This position involves coordinating with centres regarding Customer Relationship Management (CRM), certification processing, and daily reporting. The ideal candidate should be a technologically proficient, detail-oriented multitasker with strong communication skills, responsible for resolving queries and managing operational activities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordination: Coordinate with franchise centres to provide operational support.
  • CRM Management: Oversee CRM processes for accurate data tracking.
  • Certification Processing: Manage timely issuance of student certifications.
  • Daily Reporting: Review and analyze reports from centres.
  • Query Resolution: Address and resolve center queries efficiently.
  • ERP Operations: Operate the Raj Online ERP system for streamlined operations.
  • Day-to-day Activities: Manage daily operational tasks to meet organizational goals.

Qualifications:
  • Education: Any graduate degree.
  • Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel); strong English communication; tech-savvy; detail-oriented; multitasker.
