Post Back Office Operations/ Admin Support Executive
Location Vasai, Sativali (Onsite)
Remuneration up to 4,20,000/- LPA
Job Requirements And Responsibilities
- Client Order fulfilment
- Transaction processing
- All types of document preparation related to back office operation
- Customer onboarding
- Client account maintenance
- Client dispute resolution
- Perform basic admin duties including printing, sending emails, and ordering office supplies
- Offering administrative support, taking calls, and producing reports and presentations
- Arrange a complete PPE joining kit for new joiners
- Provide support to PAN India operation and sales team
Qualifications / Skills
- Bachelor degree in any stream
- At least 3 to 4 years of proven experience handling the operation department or supporting the operation team
- Excellent organizational skills
- Proficient in computer operative systems including MS Office
- Working knowledge of CRM platforms
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Good written and verbal communication skills
