Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Back Office Manager at OM EXPORT INDIA PVT LTD in Pune. As a Back Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing back office operations, including coordinating with different departments, ensuring smooth operations, managing communication, handling office administration tasks, and overseeing finance-related activities.

  • Back Office Operations and Operations Management skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Finance knowledge and experience
  • Proficiency in office administration tasks
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience in a similar role is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus
