Job Description

Team Management: Supervise and manage a team of back office professionals.
Process Oversight: Oversee daily operations, including data entry, transaction processing, and record maintenance.Efficiency Improvement: Reengineer processes to enhance efficiency and improve risk management and controls.
  • Project Management: Participate in and lead project teams, providing subject matter expertise on team functions and procedures.
Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with company policies and regulations.
Coordination: Interface with front-office teams, operations, and other key stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
