Job Summary:KSBM Infotech is seeking a diligent and organized Back Office Executive (Male Preferred) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the front office team, managing day-to-day administrative tasks, and ensuring the smooth operation of the company's back office. This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, can manage multiple tasks efficiently, and has a proactive attitude towards problem-solving.
Data Management: Enter and update data in the company's systems accurately and timely.
- Document Handling: Manage and organize company documents, files, and records, ensuring they are up-to-date and easily accessible.
Coordination:
Assist in coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth operations.Inventory Management:
Keep track of office supplies and coordinate with suppliers for procurement when needed.Report Generation: Prepare regular reports for management, including sales, inventory, and operational efficiency.
- Support Services: Provide support to the front office and other departments as required.
Compliance:
Ensure that all back office processes comply with company policies and procedures.Communication:
Handle correspondence, phone calls, and emails efficiently, ensuring timely and accurate responses.Problem Solving: Identify operational issues and recommend solutions to improve efficiency.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an IT or related industry.
Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office management software.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
Basic understanding of IT processes and systems is a plus.
Male candidates preferred due to the nature of certain tasks that may involve physical duties.
