Key Responsibility - Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to various departments including data entry, record keeping, and documentation management.
Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our database systems. Regularly update and review data to ensure integrity and confidentiality.- Customer Service Support: Assist with processing customer requests and queries. Coordinate with the front office and other departments to resolve customer issues efficiently.
Reporting: Prepare and analyze reports as required. Ensure that all reporting deadlines are met and data is accurate.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and suggest enhancements to increase efficiency and productivity.
