Responsibilities
- Contact customers via phone to verify shipping addresses and ensure accuracy in the information provided.
- Maintain a professional and courteous tone while conversing with customers to create a positive experience.
- Update and manage customer information in the database accurately.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Resolve customer queries related to order shipment, address changes, or any other related concerns.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to address any shipment-related issues promptly.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a backoffice or customer service role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and helpful attitude.
