Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data in the company's databases and systems.
- Managing and organizing physical and electronic documents, including scanning, filing, and archiving
- Handling emails, letters, and other communications on behalf of the organization, both internally and externally.
- Maintaining records of transactions, expenditures, inventory, and other important information.
- Generating reports as required by management, summarizing data and trends for decision-making purposes.
- Providing administrative support to team members and managers as needed.
- Ensuring accuracy and completeness of paper work, data and documentation, identifying and rectifying errors as necessary.
- Adhering to company policies and procedures, as well as relevant regulations and standards.
- Contributing ideas and suggestions for improving processes and workflows within the Backoffice.
- Cold calling
- Experience working on tenders is a plus
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role, preferably in a Backoffice setting.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, scanners, and fax machines.
