Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage and organize all administrative tasks in the office
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and emails
- Maintain and update records and databases
- Coordinate with different departments and ensure smooth communication
- Assist in the recruitment process by screening resumes and scheduling interviews
- Prepare reports, presentations, and data analysis
- Handle customer queries and provide excellent customer service
- Assist in day-to-day office operations
- Perform any other duties as assigned
