Role Back Office Executive Good Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Internet.
Good knowledge of correct English grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
Proficient in use of email and internet. Managing all official communications, handling regular correspondence independently.
Carrying out all secretarial functions. Making, answering and directing phone calls.
Photocopying, scanning and faxing
Taking dictations.
Coordination and follow-up on telephone. Good in telephonic conversation.
Attendance at the events organized in Mumbai.
Ability to maintain records and files
Preparing MoUs, Agreements, Circulars, Minutes, Representations.
To maintain office premises neat and clean.
To ensure that all gadgets like PCs, telephone lines, Broadband connection, printer, Fixtures like Air Conditioners, lights, etc. are in working condition.
To arrange and call the computer technician, electrician, plumber, telephone and broadband technicians, etc as and when required.
To maintain stock of stationery printed material like Letter heads, envelopes, business cards, printer cartridges, etc.
To maintain and update the database of OPPI members and vendors.
Any other point forming part of the Administrative work but not mentioned above.
- DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE
Educational Qualification: Graduate; MS-CIT.
Candidate with good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet and good command on English.
Monday Friday
- 30 a.m. to 5.30 p.m
Saturdays 9.30 a.m. to 2.00 p.m.
