Booking of Purchase Orders Received from Customers
Responsibility Primary responsibilities would be to prepare Sales Orders and Production Advices for newly received orders.
1. Maintaining files and documents as per system
2. Liaoning with sales teams to capture all data correctly related to the order
3. Verifying order received as per quotation
4. Ensuring hygiene of data in ERP
5. Coordinating with factory teams and assisting in production planning to
ensure no delays
6. Preparing relevant MIS reports
Support Functions
Coordinating with Production/Logistics/Quality for details as and when
required
Preparation of bills
Skills Required
1. Good time-management and organizational skills
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Experience Required
2-5 years experience
Experience using an ERP
Qualification Required
Bachelors Degree Accounts/Commerce or related field
