Back Office Executive - Travel and Money Transfer
Transaction Processing: Handle and process travel bookings, money transfers, and related transactions with accuracy and attention to detail. Ensure all transactions are recorded and documented correctly.
Documentation Management: Maintain and update customer records, transaction logs, and other relevant documentation. Ensure all files are organized and comply with regulatory requirements.
Customer Support: Assist with customer inquiries and resolve issues related to travel bookings and money transfers. Provide support to front office staff as needed.
Compliance and Reporting: Ensure all transactions adhere to legal and regulatory standards. Prepare and submit reports on transaction activities and compliance as required.
System Management: Utilize company software and systems to input, track, and manage data. Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with IT support as needed.
Coordination: Work closely with other departments (e.g., front office, finance) to ensure seamless service delivery. Assist with the coordination of travel arrangements and money transfer processes.
Financial Reconciliation: Assist in reconciling financial records, including verifying and correcting discrepancies in transaction data.
Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in back-office processes and suggest enhancements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
