We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Back Office Executive cum E-commerce Back End Operator to join our team in New Delhi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing back-office operations, supporting e-commerce backend activities, and ensuring the smooth functioning of our digital processes. This role requires strong organizational skills, technical proficiency, and a keen eye for detail.
Manage and maintain company records, databases, and documentation.- Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
Handle administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and photocopying.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence.
Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow.
- E-commerce Backend Operations:
Upload and update product listings on the e-commerce platform.- Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring timely restocking of products.
Process online orders, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.
- Handle customer queries and complaints related to online orders.
Generate and analyze sales reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns and offers.
Ensure the website content is up-to-date and accurately reflects product information.
- Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the e-commerce sector.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.- Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
