Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and meticulous Back Operations Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our company and ensuring that all administrative and logistical activities run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:


Operational Support

Data Entry and Management

Documentation and Reporting

Inventory and Supplies Management

Customer and Vendor Coordination

Process Improvement

Administrative Tasks

Qualifications:


- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

- Previous experience in an operations or administrative role.

- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

- Familiarity with ERP systems and operational software is a plus.
