We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Executive to support our operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, data management, and customer support activities to ensure the smooth functioning of our back office processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Assist with daily office operations, manage schedules, and coordinate meetings.
- Data Entry & Management: Accurately enter and update information in databases, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
- Document Preparation: Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed.
- Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries and assist front office staff in resolving issues.
- Financial Administration: Support invoicing, billing, and payment processing, maintaining accurate financial records.
- Coordination: Collaborate with various departments to streamline operations and improve communication.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and manage office supplies, placing orders when necessary.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies and maintain accurate documentation for audits and compliance.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
- Previous experience in a back office or administrative role.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace ( Sheets, Docs, etc).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Mail drafting, effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong customer service orientation.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 6,000.00 - 20,000.00 per month
