We are looking for a dynamic and organized Female Office Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling a variety of office tasks, including managing paperwork, ensuring the smooth running of daily operations. In addition to administrative duties, the role will also involve making calls to customers to provide them with relevant information about our products and services.
Manage and organize office documents, files, and records.
- Assist in daily office operations and coordination with other teams.
Make calls to customers to share product or service information and assist with queries.- Maintain databases and ensure accurate record-keeping.
Support office staff with administrative tasks as needed.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.- A positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Prior experience in an administrative or customer service role is a plus.
