Job Description

Job Title: Back Office Staff

Location: Katjunagar, Jadavpur (Behind South City Mall)

Reports To: Proprietor

    Job Overview:


    Candidate is responsible for performing a variety of administrative and support tasks to ensure the efficient operation of the company. This role involves handling internal processes, managing data, and providing support to front office staff and management.

    Key Responsibilities:


  • Administrative Support:

    - Manage and maintain company records, documents, and databases.

    - Prepare and process internal reports and documentation.

    - Handle correspondence, including emails and internal memos.

    - Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.


  • Data Entry and Management:

    - Input, update, and maintain data in company systems and databases.

    - Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.

    - Generate and review reports to support operational decisions.



  • Operational Tasks:

    - Assist with processing orders, invoices, and payments.

    - Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed.

    - Support compliance with company policies and procedures.



  • Customer and Vendor Interaction:

    - Liaise with vendors and suppliers for procurement and service issues.

    - Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.



  • Other Duties:

    - Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by management.

    - Provide backup support for other team members during peak periods or absences.

    Qualifications:


    Education: High school/ diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications or certifications in office management or administration is a plus.

    Experience: Previous experience in an administrative or support role preferred.

    Skills:


    - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

    - Must have proficiency in English/Hindi/Bengali

    - Strong organizational and time-management skills.

    - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

    - Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Working Hours: 11am to 7pm (Monday to Saturday)
